These documents set out the rules that apply when you use Gainzor, how your data is handled and what rights you have. Each one carries an effective date and a version number, and prints legibly.

Privacy and personal data

Some documents required by Turkish data protection law exist only in Turkish, as the law requires: the KVKK disclosure notice, the explicit consent text, the pre-contractual information form and the distance sales contract. For users in Türkiye the Turkish texts are the binding versions.

Health notice. Gainzor is not a medical device or a healthcare service; it does not diagnose, does not prescribe treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Training plans, AI Coach responses and statistics in the app are for information and personal tracking only. Consult a healthcare professional before starting a new training programme, particularly if you have an existing condition or injury, or if you are pregnant.
