These documents set out the rules that apply when you use Gainzor, how your data is handled and what rights you have. Each one carries its own effective date and version number at the top — documents are updated separately, not all at once — and prints legibly.

Some documents required by Turkish data protection law exist only in Turkish, as the law requires: the KVKK disclosure notice, the explicit consent text, the pre-contractual information form and the distance sales contract. For users in Türkiye the Turkish texts are the binding versions.

Training plans, AI Coach responses and statistics in the app are for information and personal tracking only. Consult a healthcare professional before starting a new training programme, particularly if you have an existing condition or injury, or if you are pregnant.
