Gainzor writes every set to the database on your phone first, then moves it to the cloud in the background once you have a connection. You never wait on the network to record a lift — it runs at the same speed in a basement gym as it does on a plane.

What it does

Recording a workout should be
as fast as doing one.

Nobody wants to fight a screen between sets. Every screen in Gainzor is built to be finished with one hand, inside a rest interval.

Workout logging

As you enter sets, the app shows you set by set what you did on this exercise last time.

  • Warm-up, normal, drop set and failure set types
  • Superset grouping and per-set RPE
  • Per-exercise rest timer — on Android it keeps running as a lock-screen notification
  • kg / lbs; weight is always stored in kg and only converted for display

Plans and routines

Build your week day by day, drag to reorder it, and reuse the same routine across several plans.

  • 1,296 exercises, every one animated — you see the movement instead of reading it
  • Add your own exercise with a photo or a short video
  • Per-plan statistics: adherence, records broken, weekly set distribution

Muscle heat map

See how much work each muscle has taken, mapped onto the body. Weekly set counts are compared against MEV / MAV / MRV ranges.

Personal records

Weight, set volume and estimated 1RM are tracked separately. A record-breaking set is flagged before you put the phone back in your pocket.

Measurements

15 built-in measurement points, body-weight history and as many custom measurements as you like — all charted on the same timeline as your training.

AI Coach

It doesn't hand out templates.
It reads yours.

When it builds a plan, the AI Coach weighs how many days you can train, what equipment you can reach, and how much work each muscle has actually taken in recent weeks.

  • Generates a plan from scratch — and you can edit it day by day before saving
  • Reviews the plan you already have: volume balance, rest, and what's missing
  • Answers single-exercise questions too — form, substitutions, set ranges

The AI Coach is a premium feature. Free accounts get a daily allowance.

You I can train 4 days a week and I get impingement in my left shoulder. Can you build me an upper-body focused plan?
AI Coach Over the last 4 weeks you've logged 14 shoulder sets a week, 9 of them overhead pressing. Given the impingement history I've cut vertical pressing back and added horizontal pulling. Upper / Lower · 4 days Day 1 — Upper push · 6 exercises Day 2 — Lower · 5 exercises Day 3 — Upper pull · 6 exercises Day 4 — Lower + core · 5 exercises
You What can I swap the dumbbell press on day 1 for?
AI Coach Incline machine chest press. It fixes the shoulder angle, so it's less likely to provoke the impingement, and chest volume stays the same.

70 badges · 6 categories

Everything measured is tied to a target.

Badges aren't decoration: each one is wired to a counter the app already keeps. Locked badges show you how far you are from the target in real numbers — and the badge list opens offline, just like the workout log.

Frequently asked

Is Gainzor free?

Yes — the Free tier covers workout logging, a limited number of plans and routines, general statistics, data export and the social feed. Unlimited plans/routines, your full statistics history, the weekly muscle analysis and video sharing come with Pro; the features where the AI builds something for you or interprets your data (the plan wizard, building a workout from chat, statistics and plan interpretation, workout analysis, the weekly report) come with AI Plus. These will be purchased inside the app through Google Play and the App Store; pricing is coming soon.

Does it really work without internet?

Yes. Starting a workout, entering sets, editing routines, recording measurements and viewing achievements need no connection — all of it is written to the database on your phone. When you're back online the data moves to the cloud in the background. Only the social feed, the AI Coach and syncing to another device require internet.

Will my data follow me to a new phone?

It will. Sign in and your plans, routines, workout history, measurements, personal records and earned badges download to the new device. Records are matched on a device-independent identifier, so using two devices at once doesn't cause data loss either.

Where is my data stored?

The primary copy is on your phone. The cloud copy is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the European Union (Frankfurt) region. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. You can export all of your training data as a single file from inside the app, and permanently delete your account together with everything attached to it. Deletion cannot be undone.

Does the AI Coach give medical advice?

No. The AI Coach is a training-planning assistant; it does not diagnose, does not prescribe treatment, and is not a substitute for a doctor. If you have a condition or any doubt, consult a healthcare professional before you start training.

How do I create a new routine?

Open a plan from the Workout tab and tap the + button in the bottom right; pick your exercises in the routine builder and save.

How do I update or delete a routine?

To update, tap the routine card inside the plan — the routine builder opens with the existing exercises and sets. To delete, tap the delete icon on the routine card and confirm in the dialog; this cannot be undone.

How do I create a new plan?

Use "Create Plan" on the Workout tab to build one by hand, or "Build with AI" to go through the wizard. The wizard asks a few questions about your goal, experience level, weekly training days and equipment, then you review and save the suggested plan.
