Delete your account
This cannot be undone. Your account and all of your data are deleted permanently. If you want a copy first, use Settings → Data transfer in the app.
Use this if you signed in with Google in the app. Google verifies you; you are asked to confirm once more here before anything is deleted.
Your account has been deleted
Your account and data were deleted. You can no longer sign in with this email. Copies in backups are destroyed within 30 days at most.
If you have a subscription: deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it separately in the subscription settings of the store you bought it from (Google Play or App Store).
Steps
- Enter the email address and password of your Gainzor account; if you signed up with Google, press Continue with Google.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation box.
- Press Permanently delete my account and all my data. Your identity is verified and your account is deleted immediately.
What is deleted
The moment you confirm, the following data held in the cloud is permanently deleted:
- Your account and profile information (email, username, display name, profile photo, bio, date of birth, gender, height),
- Your training data: plans, routines, workouts, sets, personal records and achievements,
- Your measurement and weight entries,
- Your posts, comments, likes and follow relationships,
- The photos and videos you uploaded,
- Your AI Coach chat history, coach memory and weekly AI reports,
- Your AI usage counters, notification tokens and notification preferences,
- Your subscription status record (the subscription in the store itself is not cancelled).
The local copy on your phone is cleared when you sign out of the app or uninstall it.
What is kept, and for how long
- Backups: copies of deleted data in backups are permanently destroyed within 30 days at most.
- Subscription purchase event records: kept for 10 years from the end of the subscription under financial legislation and limitation periods (only if you ever had a subscription).
- Error and crash logs: at most 90 days; sending personal data in these logs is switched off.
- System and connection logs: for the period required by law; they are not content data.
- Anonymous technical measurements: latency and usage figures of AI requests are kept with no link to your account and no content.
- Support correspondence: if you emailed us, the correspondence is kept for 3 years after your request is concluded.

If you cannot sign in
- Forgot your password: reset it with "Forgot password" on the app's sign-in screen, then come back to this page.
- Signed up with Google (no password): use the Continue with Google button above. You can also delete inside the app — Profile → Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account; step by step: Delete Your Account and Data.
- Nothing works: write from the email address linked to your account to info@gainzor.com; we complete your request within 30 days, free of charge.
